Tree Trimming Coffee Hour
Everyone was in the holiday spirit while making ornaments and eating cookies during our Tree Trimming coffee hour on Sunday, December 8, 2024. Thank you to everyone who brought in supplies and made the amazing cookies that provided the energy so we could decorate the parish tree in the Narthex! We made lollipop pipe cleaner and yarn star ornaments alongside the 27-foot paper garland that wraps around the tree from top to bottom! Great job to our talented crafters and our helpful ornament table coordinators who made sure we knew just what to do.
Advent Wreath Lighting
A great big thank you to Nicky Favorito, Andrew Moore, Margot Capps, and Joey Sebastianelli for helping to shine the light of Advent by lighting the wreath every week.
Annual Christmas Pageant
Christmas is always a special time of year here at St Andrew’s, especially during our annual Christmas Pageant as Lisa Yoest and our talented and fun-loving youth retell the birth of baby Jesus. This year was no exception. On Sunday, December 22, 2024, we listened to the story unfold with songs and animals of all shapes and sizes. A sweet reminder that it all started with a child and that children are a gift!
Souper Youth Volunteers Needed
During our annual meeting on Sunday, February 2, 2025 our youth in grades 6 and up will be serving soup during the Souper Bowl of Caring to help Tackle Hunger. Many hands are needed to serve soup, make announcements, collect donations, and assist with set-up and clean-up. Please sign up by clicking here.
